This Privacy Policy explains how the LEvents mobile app ("the App"), published by Nimbic, handles information.
LEvents does not require you to create an account or sign in, and does not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal information to use it.
When you save an event in the App, that is stored locally on your device only. It is never sent to, or stored on, any server tied to your identity.
If you turn them on, the App checks on its own every few hours for new events in the categories you chose, and can remind you of a saved event a few hours before it starts. Your chosen categories, your saved events and these settings stay on your device. Nothing about them is sent to us, and no push notification service is used. You can change or turn off notifications at any time in the App's Profile tab or in your device's settings.
The App requests network access, needed to load event listings and images, and permission to show notifications (asked only if you turn them on). It does not request access to your location, camera, contacts, or microphone.
The App displays banner ads served by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect device identifiers and other technical data as described in Google's own policies. Where required by law (for users in the European Economic Area and the UK), the App asks for your consent to this before any personalized advertising is shown, through an in-app consent prompt.

This policy may be updated as the App changes. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
