Privacy Policy - Brimfolk

Last updated: October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the Brimfolk mobile game ("the Game"), published by Nimbic, handles information.

No account, no personal information

Brimfolk does not ask you to create an account or sign in, and does not ask for your name, email address or any other personal information to play.

Your progress

Your progress (heroes, classes, gear, currencies, map progress, daily rewards, achievements and settings) is saved only on your device. It is never sent to us or to any server.

No data collection

The current version of the Game does not connect to the internet. It does not use analytics, crash reporting or any other service that sends information about you or your device, and it does not use advertising identifiers.

Advertising and purchases

The current version of the Game shows no ads and offers no purchases. Optional rewarded ads and in-app purchases may be added in a future version. If they are, this policy will be updated before that version is released to describe what the ad and payment providers collect, and any consent required by law will be asked in the Game. Purchases would be handled by Google Play; we would never see your payment details.

Device permissions

The Game does not request access to your location, camera, contacts, microphone or files.

Deleting your data

All of your data is stored on your device. Uninstalling the Game, or clearing its data in your device settings, deletes it completely.

Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the Game changes. Continued use of the Game after a change means you accept the updated policy.
